Q: What is your return policy?

Returns for exchange or store credit are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags attached. Merchandise must be returned to us in the original condition it was received in. Shoes must be returned with the box and/or in original condition. You can only exchange or receive store credit within 35 days of date of purchase. Please be sure to have your receipt with you when you return the item.

Q: What sizes do you carry?

For the most part our lines run from infant to size 6. A few lines only run up to size 4 and we have one line that currently runs to 24 months, but their spring line will go up to size 4. We buy all sizes in the lines and try to get lines that will fit all of our Itty Bitty shoppers.

Q: How often do you get new clothes in?

We try to rotate at least a few new items into the store every week, but it changes from day to day depending on delivery and production schedules.

Q: Do you ship?

We do not currently ship but are working on offering that service to customers so feel free to ask on your next purchase we may be able to ship for you.
